Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, workstations, and network devices.

- Document systems, processes, and procedures for consistent operational excellence.
- Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support or system administration.
- Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Scripting experience in PowerShell or Bash.
