Posting Name: Structural Superintendent
Schedule: M – T, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM and Friday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
This position is located at our Bayou La Batre, AL facility.

Our Superintendents are an integral piece of our work on a daily basis. Some of your daily functions will include:
- Must Coordinate Shipfit and Weld activities and resolve craft conflicts.
- Must be able to develop and follow schedules and deadlines, read drawings, and develop work lists.
- Provide problem solving for resource constraints.
- Able to effectively lead foreman, leader man, and teams in quality and schedule compliance.
- Must be able to perform reviews and evaluations on crew members.
- Responsible for working to project milestones and trade budgets to achieve EVMS, SPI and CPI objectives.
- Must coordinate project work assignments to supervisors, setting performance goals.
- Must be safety conscience and run projects in a safe manner.
- Communicate with customers, USCG, surveyors.
- Develop and price change orders and completion of necessary reports estimates budgets and interfaces with planning.
- Embrace and support Company policies and objectives.
- General arrangement and other drawings
If you have at least 10 years’ experience in new vessel construction, possess a High School Diploma or GED and fundamental knowledge in marine electrical systems, we want to talk to you!
