Job Summary

Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Through compassionate and thoughtful interactions, this Leasing Agent supports the continued stabilization of seven multi-family properties (231 units) in Tonawanda and North Tonawanda. This is a rewarding, full-time W2 opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge and is eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those searching for their next home.

Core Responsibilities

• Lease market-rate apartments, including subsidized units


• Respond promptly to new inquiries, converting leads to applicants


• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents


• Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings


• Gather information for rental applications quickly and accurately


• Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process


• Verify move-ins are fully completed and inspected


• Manage postings and advertisements


• Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy


• Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Successful Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

• General knowledge of residential/multifamily leasing principles


• 2 years experience in leasing, hospitality, or sales


• Experience with AppFolio or ShowMojo (preferred)


• High school diploma

Other Requirements

• Available to lease on select evenings and weekends (40/hour work week)


• Personal, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license


• Able to use a computer for a full workday


• Able to work on-site in the leasing office regularly (Roosevelt on Main Apartments)
