Maintenance Supervisor

Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to independently handle the maintenance of a 91-unit townhome community, The Trails at Mariemont. Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate!

Pay and Benefits

• $24-$29 commensurate with experience

• Track, manage, complete, and document maintenance work


• Make repairs including plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical, and HVAC


• Plan and complete turnovers/make-readies


• Identify and execute preventative maintenance


• Carry out inspections


• Maintain grounds


• Oversee inventory, materials, and PPE


• Vendor management


• Maintain amenities including outdoor pool


• Support large capital projects


• Coordinate with the property manager to track budgets, expenses, and vendor payments.


• Respond to after-hours emergencies when on-call


• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Experience managing work orders and turnovers


• Well-rounded property maintenance skills


• Eligible to work in the United States 


• Valid driver’s license


• Personal and reliable mode of transportation


• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance


• Safely utilize power tools


• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
