Responsibilities
- Track, manage, complete, and document maintenance work
- Make repairs including plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical, and HVAC
- Plan and complete turnovers/make-readies
- Identify and execute preventative maintenance
- Carry out inspections
- Maintain grounds
- Oversee inventory, materials, and PPE
- Vendor management
- Maintain amenities including outdoor pool
- Support large capital projects
- Coordinate with the property manager to track budgets, expenses, and vendor payments.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies when on-call
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
- Experience managing work orders and turnovers
- Well-rounded property maintenance skills
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal and reliable mode of transportation
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
