Requirements:

1. Practical experience in mechanical repairs (degree not required).
2. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
5. A plus if you have welding skills.
