Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent /QCM to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement QC Plan.
- Manage day-to-day construction activities and supervise field personnel
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards
- Implement project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned
- Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Manage Three-Phase Control System
- Conduct Inspections
- Identify and Document Deficiencies
- Maintain Quality Records
- Conduct QC Meetings
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management and QC
- Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Primavera or ProCore
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Experience with construction management software like Prolog or Bluebeam
- Strong understanding of pipeline construction processes
- Proficiency in using tools like an ohmmeter for electrical testing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
