ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the club's visual creative services, specifically, brand identity and graphic design.
- Production of advertising assets, social media graphics, print production, out-of-home marketing, community activations, in-game content, team merch, etc.
- Learn and understand the brand narrative and style guide to drive consistency and accuracy through all creative across the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and quickly turn around work product.
- Brainstorm, conceptualize, execute, iterate, and finalize multiple design projects simultaneously from start to completion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Exceptional design aesthetic and awareness of design trends and innovation across a variety of static and digital mediums.
- Experience IN delivering great creative while meeting parameters of existing brand guidelines.
- Extensive knowledge of social, digital, and print design.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid, and deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to deliver fresh new ideas.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized approach to work, with a proven ability to follow up on and complete tasks on time.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members, executives and external partners.
