The Graphic Design Specialist designs and produces graphic art and visual elements for company marketing and communication collateral. This role supports the marketing and communications team, as well as other departments, ensuring document and collateral designs are aligned with brand standards and follow best practices. The graphic design specialist must be collaborative and understand the importance of creating graphics and visuals that align with company brand standards while also communicating company messaging.

- Design and produce graphics and visuals for marketing and communication materials, including sales collateral, internal and external communication, as well as any other departmental or company collateral as needed.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and communications team members, departmental leaders, and other internal clients to deliver high-quality graphics and visuals that support brand standards and company messaging.
- Implement thoughtful design practices throughout the entire creative lifecycle, from initial client meetings through final design deliverables all in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work with marketing and brand manager to continually expand and refine company brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with the asset management team members to ensure graphics are continually added to the visual database.
- Work with the marketing and brand manager to manage the visual brand and communication strategy (along with the Communication Department) using a variety of media.
