Position Overview :

We are seeking a Client Services Director to join our team. As the Client Services Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, handling communications, overseeing the smooth execution of estate planning strategies, scheduling, CRM management, social media management, and professional networking.

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate client engagements in collaboration with attorneys and staff. Schedule client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Manage client communications, including emails, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Oversee the organization and maintenance of client information in the CRM system.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in estate planning and client services.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to enhance the firm’s online presence.
• Cultivate professional relationships through networking events, industry associations, and community involvement.
