General Responsibilities :
Responsible for training and coaching end-users on the most efficient use of the Enterprise SAP system. Monitor and report trends and develop a strategy to work with internal partners to address their processes that do not align with the intended process design.

Essential Job Functions :
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs), consultants, and management to assess and develop the Business Systems training strategies, concepts, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of SAP training solutions and materials.
- Create user procedures / work step documents, self-study, job aides, reference guides, e-learning materials, instructor / student content for SAP / Business Systems courses according to instructional design and communication principles.
- Conduct SAP / Business Systems training, ensure training objectives meet and align with the overall training goals of the organization through quantitative analysis.
- Establish release-specific training requirements and determine training scope and on-time execution of multi-year SAP Business Systems Training Project Plan.
- Coordinate and validate training activities with process teams and SMEs.
- Collaborate with other Business Systems team members to ensure release-specific training environment needs (i.e., training IDs, refresh schedule, data) are met.
- Develop and maintain ILT (Instructor-Led Training) content. ILT materials may include but are not limited to PowerPoint presentations, Work Instructions and Exercises (using Business Process Procedures (BPPS) and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)).
- Identify, lead, and integrate Instructors within workstreams.
- Identify and ensure completion of all learning management activity aspects of training (registration, training material housing, evaluations, etc.).
- Manage activities and tasks, monitor progress and issue resolution.
- Design, develop, and distribute assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness; including metrics creation, monitoring, and communicating results to management.
- Administer and secure the organization's SAP landscape including the following operations :
User creation and deletion; locking / unlocking user master records.

Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Accounting and Business Process background preferred. Excellent oral and written skills. Results-oriented. Team-oriented and Collaboration focused.
Certifications
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License required
Experience :
Four (4) years of technical training and development experience using SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems required.
