CVOR Tech Needed in Winston Salem NC! 3, 12-hour days
- Shift: 3, 12-hour days per week (06:15-18:45), Monday-Friday (no set schedule or block schedule)

On Call Requirements: Yes, 45-minute response time.
- Call shifts may be weeknight, weekend day, weekend night, holiday day, holiday night
- Desired Experience: Cardiothoracic experience required, including on and off pump cases, EPIC experience required

Pass/fail testing:
- Online Testing prior to arrival (within 24-48 hours of receipt, must be done asap!):
- Safe Medication Administration (Test 1). 20 Fill in the Blank Questions
- Competency/Unit Specific (Test 2) - additional information below
- Transfusion Therapy Summary Acknowledgment
- Also unit specific P/F not online
- Online Testing prior to arrival (within 24-48 hours of receipt, must be done asap!):
- Candidates must attend the full first week of orientation. NO TIME OFF WILL BE APPROVED DURING THIS TIME.
- The first 4 days are remote and then the travelers go in person on Friday. Travelers must attend the remote days and it must be attended on a laptop (not a smartphone or iPad).

NO LOCALS. Travelers cannot live within 50 miles of their assigned hospital
- The address on the travelers driver’s license cannot be within 50 miles of the facility. They will cancel due to this
- Driver's License must match the state of an RNs compact licensure. Alternate proof of residency will not be accepted

RETURN STAFF POLICY: Travelers cannot be current employees of Atrium Health and/or its affiliates
- If travelers were previously employed by Atrium Health and/or its affiliates (which includes all sites associated with Wake Forest Baptist Health), the termination/resignation must be one year or longer

Driver’s License, Certifications(BLS, ACLS, NIH, etc.), License, and Flu (when in season) must be on file 10 business days prior to start, no later than 7AM PST.
