About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive the adoption of Grooper – our AI-powered intelligent document processing and automation platform. This is a senior-level sales role responsible for both developing new client relationships and servicing select existing accounts across industries.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in solution sales and technical sales, with a passion for helping customers solve complex problems using modern automation technologies. You’ll be delivering high-impact presentations, building trusted relationships, and guiding organizations through their digital transformation journey using Grooper.
Responsibilities:
· Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise business opportunities.
· Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned key clients.
· Conduct discovery sessions and collaborate with clients to understand technical and business needs.
· Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and solution presentations to audiences ranging from small groups to large executive teams.
· Act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on the Grooper platform and how it integrates with existing IT environments.
· Coordinate with technical pre-sales, services, and product teams to ensure customer success.
· Maintain a consistent and accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
· Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
· Stay up to date on trends in AI, automation, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in software or technology solutions.
· Demonstrated success in solution selling, with an ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
· Strong understanding of technical sales processes and ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
· Comfortable presenting to technical and executive stakeholders alike.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Technically curious, with a working knowledge of IT infrastructure including:
o Databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
o File systems and document storage
o Web servers / application platforms
o Active Directory and access control models
· Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and team collaboration.
Preferred but Not Required:
· Experience selling automation, data extraction, RPA, OCR, or AI/ML solutions.
· Exposure to platforms like Azure, AWS, or enterprise search technologies (e.g., Lucene, Elasticsearch).
· Familiarity with SaaS and hybrid deployment models.
· Interest or experience in AI technologies, including Large Language Models, Neural Networks, or related concepts.
· Experience building or working with AI Assistants or conversational interfaces.
· Industry-specific experience in any of the following areas:
o Accounts Payable Automation
o Revenue Cycle Management in Healthcare
o Student Evaluation Automation in Higher Education
o Lease and Land Record Automation in the Energy Sector
