We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive the adoption of Grooper – our AI-powered intelligent document processing and automation platform. This is a senior-level sales role responsible for both developing new client relationships and servicing select existing accounts across industries.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in solution sales and technical sales, with a passion for helping customers solve complex problems using modern automation technologies. You’ll be delivering high-impact presentations, building trusted relationships, and guiding organizations through their digital transformation journey using Grooper.
Job Summary: Identify and secure new clients and business opportunities in a hunter role. Foster new client relationships while providing an exceptional client experience to capture the sale of software, hardware, services and maintenance outside the organization. Deliver effectively, detailed information on various products, programs or services offered by the company. This is an on-site position at our Edmond, Oklahoma office.
Responsibilities:
- Become a product expert on BIS technology, products, and services
- Identify how these products and services align with customer needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal
- Answer clients’ questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms
- Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements
- Initiate sales campaigns and follow marketing plan guidelines to meet sales expectations
- Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications
- Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, attending trade shows and conferences, using social media, and other prospecting methods
- Collaborate information exchange with colleagues on selling strategies or marketing information
- Use marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency using sales management tools
- Maintain updates of customer accounts and leads/opportunities using CRM
- Design and present onsite or virtual demonstrations of company products or services
- Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork in accordance with policies
- Demonstrate punctuality, maintain attendance reliability and dependability
- Responsible for promoting, maintaining, and enforcing information security

Qualifications
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- 3 years of quota-exceeding experience selling enterprise software solutions required
- Experience selling platforms as vertical/horizontal solutions required
- Familiarity with modern sales tools required
- High Technical aptitude required
- Experience/familiarity with AWS/Azure and Docker preferred
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in computer technology preferred
- Certifications in technology and/or hardware such as CDIA preferred, not required
- Solid working use of MS Office Suite and Dynamics 365
