Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest level of service for our clients and their pets. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, client communications, and sales. The Assistant Manager will also handle administrative tasks, inventory management, and provide support for various services offered.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management, staff scheduling, and training
- Strong client communication and customer service skills
