Job Description:
We are looking for individuals who can provide exceptional cleaning services according to the specifications of each building. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Cleaning floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Collecting trash and replacing trash can liners
Cleaning, sanitizing, and supplying restrooms
Cleaning and polishing furniture and fixtures
Wiping windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Dusting furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
Dust and clean overhead vents
Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of the custodian's closet
Communicating with supervisors to ensure cleaning quality and customer service
Following all safety guidelines
Reporting any abnormal activities or conditions to management
Ensuring all chemicals and equipment needed are available and in working order
Recording arrival/departure times and communicating on company apps using personal smartphones.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A high school diploma or equivalent
A valid driver's license
Be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift occasionally up to 40 pounds
Own a personal smartphone with data usage capability
Qualifications:

Motivated and dependable with ability to work alone or with a group in a minimally supervised environment
Attention to detail
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Prior cleaning experience is a plus
Ability to use mobile apps (applications)
