Quality Control Supervisor
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
At least 18 years of age
Able to lift occasionally up to 40 pounds
Minimum of 2 - years office, and / or scheduling experience
Supervisory and Hands-on Employee training skills
Prior cleaning experience is a plus
Qualifications
Dependable, self-motivated, has attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and is organized
Scheduling, time sheet, and shift experience
Effective and respectful written and verbal communicator
Thinks ahead and problem solves individually and as a team including having difficult conversations with staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, cloud-based servers, mobile app familiarity
Ability to clean and maintain buildings personally and / or through cleaners
Follows up with delegated tasks and reports
Responsibilities
Supervisors and front-line workers with a focus on employee accountability, customer service and customer satisfaction
Assist with New Hire Orientation on a regular basis
Hands - on training of new and existing employees on Company SOP, policies and building specification standards
Coordinates with employees remotely to cover planned or unplanned absences through proactively having replacements trained and able to cover
Monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback and coaching, and follow through with appropriate disciplinary actions in a timely manner
Ensures employee compliance with OSHA regulations, workers compensation, company SOP in facilities, and Company and Safety Policies
Reports, documenting and scanning inspection forms, and updating schedules. Perform office functions and record keeping duties such as filling out reports
Updates records in the mobile app and keeps digital and paper reports organized and filed
Collaborates with management regarding the placement and promotion of any employee in a new or existing buildings
Confidentially escalates employees, customers, and building issues to management through a daily summarized updates at the end of the shift
Monitors and inspects buildings for cleanliness and be proactive on correcting issues and / or replacing cleaners in a timely manner
Provides proactive and responsive customer service through effective, professional and prompt communication
Location : Leesburg, GA (40% in office, and 60% travel in company vehicle to inspect buildings located within 60-miles)
Hours : 2 : 00p m - 10 : 00pm (Full-time)
Compensation of $15.00 - $18.00hr for a 40-hour work week for the first 90-day probationary period
