About the Role : As Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of this organization. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing internal controls, policies, and procedures, as well as overseeing key accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial data consolidation, regulatory reporting, tax planning, and compliance for our expanding workforce.

What We're Looking For : We're seeking a strategic thinker with a knack for managing budget processes and improving accounting operations. You'll have the opportunity to assess and enhance internal control systems, providing valuable recommendations for process improvements. Your ability to analyze data and advise on strategic business initiatives will be crucial to success.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Experience with Benefits Administration systems
• Proven ability to work with executive leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• 10 years of related experience
• CPA or CMA designation is a plus
• Exceptional management and supervisory skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in accounting and tax preparation software
