Your Role :
Serves as client manager and coordinates day-to-day activities and communication related to assigned clientsAccountable for the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions into the general ledger systemResponsible for executing monthly closing procedures, performing account analysis, and preparation of financial packages for client reviews in a timely mannerOversee quality assurance by verifying information and conducting quality checks on your own work and supporting staffEnsure government compliance in all tasksAssists with financial planning, analysis and forecastingResearching issues, analyzing problems, determining approaches, compiling data, and preparing reportsGuides financial decisions by establishing, documenting, monitoring, and enforcing policies and proceduresFormulation and establishment of accounting policies, procedures, and systems to ensure timely and accurate reportingCoordinate activities with internal / external accountants, in addition to supporting budget / projection preparationsIdentify and document opportunities to improve processes and productivity to ensure that we meet our goal of superior customer supportProtects clients’ operations by keeping financial information and plans confidentialMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesCarry out special projects and other duties as assignedYour Skills and Abilities :
Meticulous attention to detailA team player with a positive attitude & strong client focusAbility to be dynamic and deal with changing requirements and prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skillsExceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skillsAbility to communicate with all levels of Executive / Senior staff and clientsProven financial acumenKnowledge of QuickBooks (Desktop & Online) and other accounting softwareStrong experience using Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency in Excel preferredKnowledge of other financial, accounting, and management software such as Fathom, PlanGuru, Syft, Keeper, Salesforce, Front, etc., preferredYour Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance6 years of accounting experience, a combination of industry and public accounting preferredCPA or CMA achieved or enrolled, preferredExperience with data analytics, financial modeling, and analysis preferredKnowledge of GAAPHow to Apply :
