Job Description Bishop & Company is seeking a Business Development Manager in Honolulu, HI.The Sales Development Manager leads a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify, engage, and qualify prospects, driving new business opportunities. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing the team, developing outreach strategies, maintaining CRM records, executing sales campaigns, and supporting external events. The role also involves achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with the Sales team to meet company goals.Qualifications : High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred). Sales or related experience with a proven track record of meeting goals. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. This position requires a mix of office work, external meetings, and event participation, with occasional remote work opportunities upon approval.Additional Information :
- Job Type / Schedule : Monday-Thursday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Friday 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm (1-hour lunch break) - Must be present in the office to perform the job functions, except for external meetings and events. If authorized, may perform certain duties from home (subject to approval after six months of employment).
- Pay : between $60,000 - $90,000 annually
- Parking : Client will pay 70% of the cost for parking at Central Pacific Plaza. The candidate will be responsible for the remaining 30%, which is currently $80.00 per month (pre-tax via payroll deduction)
