Job Description Bishop & Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Honolulu area. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to type 35 WPM. Looking to start immediately 21821| Customer Service Representative III Responsibilities : Answer basic to intermediate levels of calls from customers and agents Process a high volume of changes within the systems Develop proficiency in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter systems Master CS guidelines to know what types of changes are within your authority, can be processed over the phone, or needs to be referred. Work in multiple systems throughout the day and follow SOPs to process them or assign them correctly. Changes range to basic to intermediate level of complexity. Complete letter templates to print or email to customers or agents.
