Typical Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Answer basic to intermediate levels of calls from customers and agents
- Process a high volume of changes within the systems
- Develop proficiency in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter systems
- Master CS guidelines to know what types of changes are within your authority, can be processed over the phone, or needs to be referred.
- Work in multiple systems throughout the day and follow SOPs to process them or assign them correctly. Changes range to basic to intermediate level of complexity.
- Complete letter templates to print or email to customers or agents.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Experience:
- 2 years college degree or equivalent
- 1 years of general office and/or customer service experience
- Ability to type 35 wpm
- Excellent communication skills
- Good critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi task and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Basic understanding in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Special Circumstances:
- Periodic overtime may be required

- $40,000 - $50,900
