What We’re Looking For:
- A Proven Leader: Previous experience managing a rehab or clinical team in a post-acute care setting is highly preferred.

- Exceptional Communicator: You know how to build relationships with staff, patients, and families and maintain clear, open communication at all times.

- Clinical Expertise: A background in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or nursing, along with knowledge of post-acute care rehab programs, is ideal.
