Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills to provide on-site maintenance and repair services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude required
- Electrical aptitude preferred
- Strong reading/writing skills, including ability to read a tape measure
- Computer aptitude required, including Microsoft
- Ability to travel for up to a week at a time as required to service regional customers
- Ability to drive a truck with attached 24' box trailer
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, DOT physical exam, and background check-including MVR
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Environmental Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work efficiently outdoors with regular exposure to heat or cold.
- Must be comfortable standing or walking for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to comfortably work from elevated heights in order to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Must be willing and able to travel job sites or other branches to assist as needed to maintain customer satisfaction and safety.
