What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stocker/Sales position at Bishop Lifting Products Inc?

Job Purpose:
The Front Counter Sales teammate will provide a positive customer experience in a prompt and professional manner.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle counter transactions of in-store goods
- Handling pre-payments for special order items that are not readily available on sales floor
- Stocking shelves when needed
- Making sure quotes are done for special order items and ensuring order acknowledgment has been sent to and received by purchasing
- Answering phone calls and emails to engage with customers and resolve any issues that may be presented
- Problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer Service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High sense of urgency
- Must be able to meet deadlines while being self-sufficient in daily tasks
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check
