Job Description:
- Assist with general ledger transactions, reconciliations, account analysis and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Track fixed assets, inventory, depreciation, and capital expenditures
- Ensure compliance with sales and use tax regulations and financial policies
- Participate in banking activities and financial transactions
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes
- Support year end - audit work papers, and account reconciliations
- Provide operational and administrative financial support across departments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent education and 3 years work experience
- Understanding of accounting principles and budget process
- Efficient use of computer technology including proficiency in Excel and Word
- Knowledge in Access, Google doc & sheets preferred
