About the Job:
- Work closely with the DNS to drive quality improvement initiatives and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Conduct weekly Wound/Skin Rounds to identify areas for improvement and optimize patient outcomes.
- Foster open communication among nursing staff to ensure efficient collaboration and reduce errors.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet the diverse medical needs of our residents.
- Be available for 24-hour on-call duties to address urgent matters and ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid New York RN license.
- Minimum three years of experience in Long-Term Care settings.
- Two years of management experience and one year of staff education experience preferred.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Willlingness to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
