Job Summary:
The Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for:- Collaborating with the DNS to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Coordinating Wound/Skin Rounds and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Facilitating communication among nursing staff to ensure seamless transitions.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Serving as a resource for nursing staff and providing guidance on best practices.
Requirements:
- Candidate must hold a current New York RN license.
- At least three years of experience in Long-Term Care settings required.
- Preferred candidates will have two years of management experience and one year of staff education experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead by example.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate changing needs.
