We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our rehabilitation team at Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Syracuse, NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and record vital signs and health information from residents
- Provide medications and injections as prescribed
- Treat and manage wounds and bedsores
- Oversee the work of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Support residents with daily living activities
- Monitor resident hydration and nutrition
