Job Description
Bishop's Glen Retirement Center is an award winning employer located on 25 beautiful acres in Holly Hill, FL. We have an immediate need for a Front Desk Receptionist to answer questions, take and forward phone calls and be the primary point of contact with visitors and residents as well as customer service tasks
Requirements:
This is a weekend position that includes Sat and Sun 1:30pm-7pm and Wed and Thur 3:30pm-7:00pm weekly.
· Excellent communication skills (written, oral and through electronic media)
· Able to operate phone, fax machine, copier and postage machine
· Ability to work effectively independently as well as team environment
· Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task while ensuring deadlines met
· Excellent customer service skills (with internal and external individuals/entities)
