What you'll do :
- Customer service : Providing excellent customer service, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Product knowledge : Possessing a thorough understanding of the company's products and services and being able to provide informed advice to customers
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Teamwork : Initiating and processing service requests, coordinating work orders with service team and dispatch
- Technical knowledge : Knowledge of technical aspects of the RV industry, such as electrical systems, plumbing, and heating / cooling systems a plus
- Problem-solving : Ability to identify and resolve customer issues, and escalate to management when necessary
- Time management : Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and meet deadlines What we're looking for :
- Exceptional skills in customer service and communication
- Ability to use a variety of computer-based systems to support the sales process
- Relevant background in sales and / or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- An awesome attitude
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
