What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bismarck Hockey Boosters Apparel Assistants position at Bismarck Hockey Boosters?
This is a part time position with a flexible schedule to work around the employee’s availability. This position will offer hours to include day, evening and weekend hours. There will be slower times during the year as well as more active times. It requires an outgoing individual willing to work with other staff members, follow directions and produce a positive outcome for the club. Dependability, and accountability are of paramount importance for this position. This position will work alongside various BHB employees and report to the Apparel Specialist.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
- Previous apparel or retail industry experience preferred but not necessary
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge is necessary
- A strong eye for graphic design
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alongside Apparel Specialist to ensure all shifts are covered.
- Assist Apparel Specialist with events and ensure that each apparel order is fulfilled and/or can be fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Assist at events with creating retail apparel.
- Oversee cash management tasks and assist in preparing cash and sales reports as needed.
- Follow federal, state and local regulations.
