What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Gaming Runner/Events Coordinator position at Bismarck Hockey Boosters?
Overview:The Lead Gaming Runner is responsible for ensuring smooth Gaming Runner operations throughout the Monday thru Friday work week. This position requires the maintaining of gaming devices and collecting, distributing, and reporting cash from the gaming devices at Organization’s gaming sites, following guidelines provided by the State of North Dakota’s Gaming Laws. This position will also be responsible for overseeing the Organization’s Gun Raffle held throughout the Hockey season, as well as any other raffles and events the Organization chooses to conduct yearlong.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible daily for accessing the electronic pull tab device (e-tabs), dispensing devices, and prize board dispensing device within seven calendar days to remove currency and buy back prizes and credit ticket vouchers, running all needed reports.
- Responsible for daily cash collections and maintaining proper records. Ability to train new employees.
- Responsible for ensuring a smooth Quarter-Close/Quarter-Start transition.
- Maintains site inventory at all sites for adding deals into dispensing devices and ordering.
- Responsible for the conduct of the Organization’s Gun Raffle held throughout the season, providing all needed information and paperwork to Organization Volunteers, as well as all needed documentation of ticket distribution for the raffle. Making needed deposits and filing paperwork in the 3-day window required by the Attorney General’s Office.
- Responsible for organizing any events Gaming and otherwise related to the Organization. Included, but not limited to; Tournament Raffles, Golf Tournaments, Club Cards, and Caps & Taps events held at the sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
