Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting team members, and facilitating communication across departments. This role requires strong office management skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for team members, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support team management by providing administrative assistance to department heads.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Must be advanced in all social media programs/app and be advanced in MS office suites. Must be computer savvy.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.90 per hour
