Business Development Manager
This position will be an in-person position in Bison's Cincinnati, OH Office. The position's primary responsibilities will be lead development and front end sales activities, as well as, supervision of our Business Development salesforce. A successful candidate will be comfortable with front end sales activity, including telephone calls, social media prospecting, and digital prospecting via an contact manager system. Professional and precise communication skills on the telephone and on social media will be critical.
The position will be a salary bonus opportunity. Additionally, the position will provide a pathway for advancement throughout the company.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
