The Digital Strategy team at BISSELL is working to enable innovation at scale using cloud-based technologies. You will work in a flexible environment with product, architecture, development and engineering teams to build, test, and deploy our applications in AWS using AWS CDK, CloudFormation. We will rely on you to introduce new concepts and technology in order to grow and improve our CloudOps practice.

Responsibilities:
- Experience with automating deployments of infrastructure components using Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, TypeScript, VSCode and GitHub.
- Experience migrating Microsoft Windows servers to AWS using the AWS Application Migration Service.
- Experience in defining and managing the roadmap for implementation of CloudOps in an established operation.
- Has to be a self-started that can work independently or within a team setting.
- Minimum of 1 years of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with code repository management, code merge and quality checks, continuous integration, and automated deployment and management using GitHub and AWS components with CDK. Terraform is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience designing and implementing continuous delivery and/or DevOps solutions and architecture patterns.
- Experience and knowledge of networking, especially in AWS such as DNS, VPCs, routing, NAT, VPNs, etc.
- Experience with writing and developing AWS IAM policies.
- Familiar with AWS CDK Cloud Infrastructure automation with TypeScript. Account Factory for Terraform (AFT) is a plus. Azure DevOps for tracking delivery work is a plus.
- Experience with Cloud Monitoring tooling from AWS like CloudWatch and CloudTrail. Vendor packages such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc., is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience (6 years)) or an Associate degree/AWS Certified DevOps Analyst with 2 years of work experience.
