What are the responsibilities and job description for the White Glove Fulfillment Specialist position at MM Services II?

The White Glove Fulfillment Specialist will:

- Be cross-trained in other roles such as product sorting, organizing, material preparation and other warehousing activities.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship orders
- Operate and maintain pallet jack and Wrapper
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Utilize ERP system
- Stock inventory
- Pick the product for orders, print appropriate stickers.
- Have awareness of layout and product locations in warehouse
- Use of scanner to ensure inventory accuracy
- Assure that all equipment/product is safely loaded and securely transported.
- Assure that vehicles are unloaded, well kept, and maintained.
- Ensure outstanding customer relations by consistently being on time and acting in a courteous and professional manner.
- Be able to understand and use GPS navigation systems for accurate route planning, including truck routes.
- Display competencies in DOT compliance and abide by all driving laws and regulations therein.
- Maintain vehicle check records in accordance with standard operating procedures before, and after, each pickup or delivery.
- Utilize their existing Chauffeur’s License in the safe operation of our delivery van and 26 foot box truck.
- Show competence in driving in varied weather conditions.
- Get certified in 49 CFR - this training is facilitated and paid for once you’ve joined the team.
- This position requires sitting, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing and ascending/descending stairs. Requires sitting for relatively long periods of time, while driving. It also requires frequent bending, climbing, movement and lifting of up to 50 pounds during physical loading/unloading of trucks and when stocking products.
- The ability to work overtime and overnight runs is necessary. Air travel to client sites within the continental US will also occur on a regular basis.
