Bit Reactor is in search of a Producer to help us plot our course through hyperspace. As a Producer, you will collaborate with the team and project leads to help deliver a best-in-class player experience that will revolutionize games through the lens of the Star Wars universe.
Responsibilities :
- Support feature / discipline teams with sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives while working to improve their cohesion and process.
- Be a helpful facilitator and maintain a good relationship with the team, while also helping to hold them accountable for their commitments.
- Communicate your team's progress to leadership, ensuring that roadblocks are clearly communicated and addressed.
- Support Leads / Directors with preparing items for review / submissions.
- Work with Leads / Directors to help establish roadmaps and audit their status, updating accordingly throughout the project.
