Key Responsibilities
- Form Management: Download and organize forms from Dropbox and departmental email inboxes, ensuring accurate routing for processing
- Timely Submission: Deliver forms to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
- Data Entry: Enter client information updates into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Client Verification: Approve client verifications through designated systems (e.g., Veriff Station)
- Data Accuracy: Double-check data entered by others to ensure consistency and correctness
- Account Maintenance: Manage client accounts by linking and delinking emails and accounts as necessary
- Verification Approvals: Send and approve verification requests through proper channels
- Data Validation: Review and confirm the accuracy of keyed IUR/Bene data
- Physical Mail Management: Oversee incoming physical mail, ensuring it is tracked, processed and routed appropriately
- Customer Support & Documentation: Manage inquiries and tickets within enterprise systems, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation
- Client Interaction: Greet clients who visit the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, or operations is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
