Job Description:
We are seeking a Georgia-licensed associate attorney to join our team. The firm has over 50 years of experience, providing legal services primarily to the insurance industry but currently offering a wide range of litigation expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal services in various areas including automobile and motor carrier liability, construction litigation, professional liability, real estate litigation, product liability, contract disputes, premises liability, personal injury, workers' compensation, criminal law, and family law.
- Represent clients in both State and Federal Courts in Tennessee and Georgia.
- Engage in litigation and legal research, drafting legal documents, and offering strategic advice to clients.
- Participate in client meetings, settlement negotiations, and case management.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice in Tennessee or Georgia.
- Prior litigation experience is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
