What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Programmer position at Bitflow Innovative Group Inc?
Primary Responsibilities:
- Write 4-axis, high density, multi-sided, FANUC milling/drilling horizontal programs using advanced CAM software
- Write VBA code to improve processes.
- Simulate and error check programs using Vericut
- Create program tool list and inspection paperwork
- Work with shop personnel to fix machining issues
- Communicate with purchasing department regarding the purchase of new tooling needs
- Work with the engineering department to resolve technical issues
- Reduce set up and machining times through process improvements
Skills/Qualifications:
- 6 years minimum CNC machining experience and prefer 2 years programming experience
- Strong familiarity with CNC programming, machining processes, production tooling, precision measuring instruments and Microsoft Excel.
- CMM experience is a plus.
- Good mechanical aptitude and technical communication skills are required to work with on-site manufacturing personnel to improve manufacturing processes

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
