Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Design & Construction with drawings and design work
- Manage projects from concept through construction
- Submit and manage building permit applications under your license
- Conduct site visits and inspect existing conditions
- Organize and maintain property records and data
- Lead the Design Review Committee for a homeowners’ association
- Collaborate with company executives on property planning and budgeting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect in Louisiana
- 3 years of experience in construction documents and administration
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Project scheduling and estimating experience
- Must have a personal vehicle for site visits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
