Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented person to support our sales and project teams with project pricing and quotes. You’ll work with sales reps who’ve completed site visits and use blueprints, Google Maps, and other tools to create accurate estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with sales and project teams to prepare cost estimates
- Review site visits and takeoffs for accurate quotes
- Use blueprints, Google Maps, and tools to assess project needs
- Submit estimates through our automated system
- Answer customer inquiries about pricing and scope
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in construction estimating (Required)
- 3 years of commercial roofing experience (Required)
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints (Preferred)
- Great communication and teamwork skills
