What You Need For This Position
At Least 5 Years of Commercial Roofing Experience
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, Built-up, Bitumen, and Sheet Metal
- Ability to understand complex contracts, RFP, and proposals.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external teams
- Project scheduling of jobs
- Familiarity with Edge Estimating Software

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
