Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination and product development, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge on exterior windows, siding and decks to include flashings, and complete envelope knowledge is essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate resources and schedules to ensure timely project implementation.
- Manage changes in project scope through effective change management practices.
- Facilitate weekly updates and daily job logs.
- Utilize project management software (Builder trend) to track progress and communicate with team members.
- Oversee product development processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Oversee job costing to make sure you are running according to budgets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction project management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of project coordination techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent meeting facilitation skills with the ability to engage owners and Representatives.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
