About the Role:
As a Design Manager, you will lead architectural projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams. You will focus on design execution, production management, and ensuring project success while collaborating with a Project Manager for administrative and permitting needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead design efforts and oversee project execution.
- Create architectural drawings, models, and renderings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
- Ensure designs meet building codes, budgets, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior design staff.
- Conduct site visits and oversee quality control.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 6-8 years of architectural experience.
✅ Degree from an NAAB-accredited architecture or interior design program.
✅ Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability.
✅ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: $76,179.00 - $84,132.00 per year
