Job Description:
Responsible for preparing comprehensive project estimates for our municipal and commercial sitework projects.
We Are Looking For:
· Proven experience, ideally 5 years, in municipal or commercial sitework estimating. Municipal: experience bidding underground utilities, pump stations, earthwork, flatwork, or structural concrete for city, county, and state-funded projects. Commercial: experience in underground utilities and/or earthwork for commercial site development projects.
· Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, HCSS HeavyBid, AutoCAD, etc.).
· A bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
