Qualifications

• Paralegal certification (preferred)
• Personal injury experience required
• 5-8 years of litigation experience
• Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review
• Proficiency in legal research
• Experience drafting pleadings and motions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in legal software and MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on personal injury cases.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurately reviewed and filed.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence under the supervision of attorneys.
• Assist in the preparation for litigation, including gathering evidence and preparing exhibits.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.
• Utilize legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,327.00 - $74,691.00 per year
