Plumbing Drafter/revit drafter

Dimensioning and drafting for plumbing systems.

• Providing guidance to junior drafters.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Drafting high-quality as-built products in AutoCAD Revit, adhering to PPM standards.
• Creating and editing Revit families for projects.
• Modeling mechanical and plumbing systems based on documents or verbal instructions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/Navisworks experience preferred).
• Experience with tank design, underground piping, sanitary, storm, drainage, pump, head, and valve drawings.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Experience drafting commercial projects and knowledge of codes is a plus.
• Self-motivated and career-oriented.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and solve problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
