What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager (Heavy Civil) position at Bitflow Innovative Group Inc?
Essential Functions:
Manage site, civil and utility construction projects from contract execution to completion.
- Review and understand terms of contract documents.
- Responsible for all submittals and street opening / trench permits.
- Outline schedule and meet contractual conditions of performance and milestones.
- Responsible for documenting all changed conditions.
- Review the work progress daily and attend job meetings.
- Prepare internal reports pertaining to job status including job cost forecasting.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Review and approval of invoices.
- Communication with clients and fellow colleagues.
- Coordinate and prepare for monthly meetings with upper management and weekly meetings with Superintendents.
Qualifications:
- Construction Management experience (5 years preferred).
- Construction Management and/or Civil Engineering degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $89,059.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
