Service Technician

Job Description: Service Technician – responsibilities include contributing to the overall success of us by performing Service repairs and being a team player.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Primary responsibility is the Service/Repair of Appliances and Furniture.

· Conscientious of time and a sense of urgency and accuracy are imperative.

· Execute tasks in a timely manner.

· Gain a thorough understanding of all our products and services.

· Install products as needed.

· Advise us on issues and solutions to improve operations.

· Team & member coaching and training.

· Learn to master appliance repair.

· Attend Vendor training if necessary.

· Work with vendor(s) field service managers.

· Problem-solving.

· Order parts as necessary.

· To be helpful, kind, and patient.

· Gain a general understanding of business and products at us.

· With prior notice, working some weekends as needed in emergencies.

· General construction repairs as needed.

· Ability to use computer systems at us has in place.

· Be able to communicate efficiently with customers on issues with appliances.

· Maintain a working inventory of relevant parts needed for repairs on service vehicles.

· Able to operate a service vehicle and have a clean driving record.

· Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.63 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
